At Indigo Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer concierge team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our boutique.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and attach your preferred insured shipping label, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our specialists will inspect the seal and packaging; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
