Are your fragrances authentic and original?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All fragrances are 100% authentic, sourced directly from niche perfume houses and official distributors.
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
We highly recommend trying a scent on your skin first. We offer individual 1ml or 2ml spray samples for most of our collection, as well as curated discovery sets.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
Due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances or samples. Unopened, cellophane-wrapped bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation due to FAA regulations regarding alcohol-based products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select international territories where ground or specialized hazardous materials shipping is available. Please check our shipping page for the most current list of countries.
How should I store my new perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
