Spirito
Spirito by Meo Fusciuni
Listening to the Freedom of Spirit
"I started to create this perfume by reading Emily Dickinson's poems, being moved by looking at the old, yellowed pages of her herbarium.
I felt a deep bond with her, I tried to imagine the places where she loved
to walk and from there I started, like a long run in a grassy field, in the summer wind, listening to nature and breathing the freedom of my Spirit.
An olfactory harmony that captures us from the first notes- Angelica, Chamomile, Carrot Seeds- bright and intense. The heart is suave, loving botanical poetry, Cypress, Myrtle, Hyssop and Lavender. I
approach the woods and like a poetic and olfactory mirage I smell the immortal notes of Cedar, Vetiver, Guaiacum, Elemi and Tonka Bean, while in the sky the distant field disappears.
Spirito represents the spiritual bond between man and nature, between spirit and poetry.
"Dear Emily, in your poetry I was set free, in a place never seen I found peace to tell me the whole truth. An experience far away from everything."
